About Brew With A View

Brew With a View was founded in 2021 by Chloe and Renato, who transformed a vintage ice cream van into an off-grid coffee van, initially perched atop Bray Head. Known for our locally roasted coffee and homemade treats, we quickly became a popular spot. In December 2022, we relocated to Greystones to continue serving the community.

As our menu evolved, we introduced gourmet toasties, alongside award-winning Scúp Gelato made in Wexford and other locally sourced artisanal products. In November 2025, we made a bold move to further adapt to the ever-changing hospitality landscape. After much consideration, we decided to pause our toastie offerings and introduce our new passion project—sourdough pizza slices and whole pizzas. This change reflects Renato's first love and expertise as a skilled pizza chef, bringing a fresh, exciting twist to our menu.

Our commitment remains the same: to provide high-quality, handcrafted food and drinks, while supporting local producers and delivering an unforgettable experience.
